Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking MRICS or FRICS chartered surveyors for remote freelance roles nationwide in the United Kingdom. The positions offer flexible, self-employed engagement and potential for strong earnings within building surveying.

Responsibilities include inspecting houses and flats, surveying defects, and producing repair specifications, with support from a client team. Ideal candidates will have HHSRS and Landlord & Tenant Act knowledge, plus excellent communication

Qualifications

• Hold an MRICS or FRICS professional designation.
• Have extensive experience in Building Surveying.
• Working understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices; comfortable with remote work technology.
