Job summary

Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking MRICS or FRICS Building Surveyors for remote, long-term freelance assignments across the UK. As a chartered surveyor, you will inspect houses and apartments, conduct surveys, assess defects, and produce repair specifications.

You will work independently, supported by a team when needed. Ideal candidates have extensive Building Surveying experience, knowledge of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, and strong communication, analytical, and

Qualifications

• Hold MRICS or FRICS professional designation.
• Extensive experience in Building Surveying.
• Working understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
• Demonstrate knowledge and experience in producing repair specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices; comfortable with remote work technology.
