Exchange Street Financial Services Ltd is seeking MRICS or FRICS chartered surveyors for remote freelance roles across the UK. You will inspect houses and apartments, conduct surveys, assess defects, and prepare repair specifications with the support of a professional team.

This position offers flexible, self-employed arrangements and prompt payment. The ideal candidate has MRICS/FRICS designation, extensive Building Surveying experience, and strong communication skills, with proficiency in MS

Formación

• Hold an MRICS or FRICS designation; extensive Building Surveying experience.
• Developed knowledge of HHSRS and Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
• Able to produce repair specifications and reports with strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect houses and apartments, conduct surveys and assess defects.
• Produce associated repair specifications and reports.
• Work independently with team support.
