Exchange Street Executive Search is seeking MRICS or FRICS chartered Building Surveyors for remote, freelance opportunities nationwide in the United Kingdom. You will inspect houses and apartments, conduct surveys, assess defects, and prepare repair specifications, working independently with strong team support.

Candidates should hold MRICS or FRICS, have extensive Building Surveying experience, understand HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and iOS

Qualifications

• MRICS or FRICS designation required.
• Extensive experience in Building Surveying.
• Working understanding of HHSRS and the Landlord & Tenant Act 1985.
• Experience producing repair specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Apple iOS devices; comfortable with remote work technology.
