Job summary

Jagex Ltd. is seeking a Producer for Old School RuneScape to own delivery for mobile and game features. You will collaborate with product and design to keep features moving, meet quality gates, and keep the roadmap clear for stakeholders.

This 15-month fixed-term contract emphasizes ownership from day one in a highly collaborative team. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate with product, manage risks, and drive improvements while maintaining delivery discipline and transparent

Qualifications

• Demonstrated production experience with shipping games or technical products in a cross-functional leadership capacity.
• Experience delivering products on mobile platforms and understanding mobile-first delivery.
• Strong grasp of delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, or similar).
• Ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams and influence delivery.
• Excellent communication across the business at all levels.
• Live service game experience and MMO/RPG development familiarity is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for a team focused on mobile-centric features and improvements, owning pipeline, milestones, and release cadence.
• Collaborate with product owner to shape strategy, backlog priorities, and ensure the team works on the right things.
• Maintain roadmap visibility via dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks across the roadmap, escalate impacts as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and team documentation.
• Enable a cross-functional delivery environment by setting clear priorities and removing blockers.
