Job summary

Jagex: The RuneScape Company in Cambridge is seeking a Producer for Old School RuneScape to own delivery on mobile and live game features. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery for the mobile-centric teams, drive the feature pipeline, and keep the roadmap visible to Product, Design, and stakeholders.

This is a 15‑month fixed-term contract with ownership from day one in a highly collaborative environment. Flexible working options are available, including predominantly remote work, with onsite

Qualifications

• Demonstrated production experience shipping games or technical products in a cross-functional leadership capacity.
• Experience delivering products on mobile platforms and understanding mobile-first delivery, constraints, and release processes.
• Strong grasp of Agile, Lean, or similar delivery methodologies and ability to tailor approach for the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for a team focusing on mobile-centric features and improvements, owning the feature pipeline, milestone planning, and release cadence.
• Work with the product owner to contribute to product strategy, prioritise the backlog, and ensure the team works on the right things.
• Maintain roadmap visibility through dashboards and status reports for clear stakeholder sight of progress and trade-offs.
• Identify and manage risks across the team’s roadmap, escalating impacts with stakeholders when needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and well-maintained team documentation.
• Enable a cross-functional team to deliver efficiently by creating priorities, removing blockers, and maintaining an effective delivery environment.
