Job summary

Jagex: The RuneScape Company is seeking a Producer for Old School RuneScape to own delivery for mobile-centric features, coordinating with product and design to keep updates timely for millions of players.

The role requires a track record of shipping games or technical products, strong Agile/Lean delivery know-how, and the ability to influence across teams. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract with remote work options and onsite attendance as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated production experience shipping games or technical products.
• Experience delivering products on mobile platforms and understanding mobile-first delivery.
• Strong grasp of Agile/Lean or similar delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery for mobile-centric features and improvements, owning the feature pipeline, milestones and release cadence.
• Collaborate with product owner to shape strategy, backlog prioritisation and ensure team priorities are right.
• Maintain roadmap visibility with dashboards and status reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks across the roadmap and escalate impacts as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives and clear team documentation.
• Enable a cross-functional team by removing blockers and maintaining an efficient delivery environment.
