Job summary

Biorelate Limited is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers as they integrate our knowledge graph into their systems. The role blends customer delivery (about 70%) with core platform work (about 30%), in a fully remote UK-focused team.

You will lead customer integrations, design AI and agent workflow integrations, and collaborate on technical scoping to validate feasibility and plan realistic implementations for scientific customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience deploying NLP systems or LLM-powered features into production.
• Familiarity with retrieval systems, RAG and vector databases.
• Experience building or debugging LLM-driven workflows in production.
• Model eval and monitoring design and execution.
• Hands-on fine-tuning of transformer-based models for domain-specific use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through the full integration lifecycle from pre-sales scoping to onboarding and rollout.
• Design integrations for AI and agent workflows including graph RAG and APIs.
• Collaborate on technical scoping to validate feasibility and plan delivery.
• Drive productisation by identifying reusable components for core product features.
• Contribute to the platform in collaboration with the wider engineering team.
