Job summary

Scale GP is seeking a Sr Staff ML Forward Deployed Engineer to own and scale enterprise GenAI features across the Scale GP platform in London. You will work across backend, frontend, and LLM interactions, delivering rapid experiments and shaping product growth for an enterprise-grade GenAI system.

You should have 7+ years of experience, be adept with Python/JS/TS and SQL, and be comfortable with Kubernetes and cloud providers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-time engineering experience post-graduation.
• Experience scaling products at hyper-growth startups.
• Experience tinkering with or productizing LLMs and AI tech.
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Experience with Kubernetes and major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Own large new areas within the product.
• Work across backend, frontend, and LLM/ML model interactions.
• Deliver experiments rapidly with high quality to engage customers.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to production.
