Job summary

FIND Recruitment is partnering with a leading training provider to hire a development coach for Data Analyst (L4) and Intelligence Analyst (L4) Apprenticeships. This home-based role requires 2/3 days on site in Bedford every three months, delivering coaching, training, assessment and feedback throughout the apprenticeship journey.

Qualifications

• Military experience and strong knowledge of the intelligence industry.
• Ability to deliver high-quality coaching, training, assessment and feedback.
• Comfort using technology to support learning delivery and record-keeping.
• Experience working remotely and maintaining accurate learner records.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor apprentices to develop required knowledge, skills and behaviours with timely feedback.
• Deliver initial assessments, progress reviews and Gateway preparation with individualised learning journeys.
• Use e-portfolio, MIS and online learning systems to support delivery and records.
• Maintain relationships with apprentices, line managers, customers and colleagues to support outcomes.
• Monitor progress against deadlines and escalate risks or support needs as needed.
• Contribute to quality standards through accurate assessment decisions and CPD and standardisation.
