Active Care Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an MI Manager to lead data visualisation and reporting initiatives. This role is a full-time remote position combining management with hands-on BI development.

You will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards across multiple business units, driving actionable insights and data-driven decision-making. The position emphasizes leadership, analytics, and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Power BI development and data visualisation.
• Experience leading a team
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, and data modelling.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Power BI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
