Job summary

CCH Group is seeking an Insight Analyst to design and deliver trusted reports and dashboards from governed data. You will define decisions, measures and business rules with stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.

Work involves building Power BI models in Fabric architecture, collaborating with Data Engineers, and ensuring data quality and governance. Remote, full-time role with UK-wide scope.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI skills in semantic modelling, DAX, report design and performance.
• SQL proficiency and familiarity with other BI platforms.
• Strong stakeholder skills and confidence leading requirements sessions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric and medallion warehouse and lakehouse architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder workshops to define decisions, questions and measures for reporting.
• Build Power BI dashboards and semantic models from governed datasets.
• Design reporting data and specify data engineering requirements.
• Explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders and justify findings.
• Ensure data quality and align reporting with governance standards.
