Job summary

DCK Group is seeking a Merchandiser to join the Merchandising team at our Billericay office. You will work with Buying, Design and Host to shape the brand vision, manage critical path timelines, and drive profitability through data-driven assortment and planning.

You will forecast, plan, and optimise stock and options, ensuring alignment with strategy and targets. The role requires strong analytical, communication and leadership skills to support the team and brand growth.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Buying, Design and Host to shape brand strategy and vision.
• Manage critical path timelines and key milestones with regular communication.
• Develop assortments and BEVs, balancing newness with sell-through.
• Review P&L for the department and propose profitability actions using analytics.
• Prepare seasonal planning and range planning to optimise options and grading.
• Forecast seasonally and manage stock in line with plan parameters.
• Lead and develop the merchandising team with clear priorities.
