Job summary

Havas Lynx Group is recruiting a Medical Editor on a 3 month FTC to ensure medical accuracy across advertising materials. The role is remote UK based with involvement in global pharmaceutical projects and client-facing support.

You will contribute to editorial quality, work within ABPI guidelines, and collaborate with a broader medical writing team to deliver on tight budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as Medical Editor in an agency setting.
• Experience working with global pharmaceutical companies.
• Degree in Science or equivalent.
• Understanding of clinical research and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure information and data are correct and accurate.
• Use proofreading to verify medical accuracy of materials.
• Demonstrate medical editing knowledge across materials.
• Understand industry codes of practice including ABPI.
• Know clients and their projects across therapy areas.
• Collaborate with medical writing teams to meet project goals.
• Assist on pitches and client account work.
• Adhere to budgets and timelines, communicating changes promptly.
