Railway Corp is seeking a Marketing Web Developer to build and optimize marketing websites and microsites. You will own the technical web experience, translating creative concepts into fast, high-converting assets while collaborating with marketing, content, and design teams.

The role emphasizes analytics implementation, A/B testing, and CRO, with a remote-first environment and ownership across initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience building marketing websites, pages, and campaign assets.
• Strong hands-on expertise with CMS tools and web technologies (HubL, templates, modules, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience translating design concepts into high-quality web assets.
• Familiarity with analytics tagging, consent tools, and GDPR/CCPA basics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain marketing pages, campaign microsites, and web experiences.
• Translate designs into high-quality web assets and components.
• Support large website initiatives with internal teams and partners.
• Own analytics implementation across marketing properties (Tag Manager, Analytics).
• Manage cookie consent and tracking compliance.
• Design and support A/B tests and CRO initiatives to improve performance.
• Maintain website organization, content updates, and technical optimizations.
