Decentralized Masters in the United Kingdom is seeking a Marketing Compliance Associate to ensure all external marketing assets meet FTC, SEC and promotional rules before launch. You will review ads, landing pages, emails, and scripts, collaborating across Marketing, Sales and Legal to keep messaging compliant.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years reviewing marketing content for FTC/SEC compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate regulatory requirements clearly.
• Familiarity with FTC Marketing Guides, TCPA, and CAN-SPAM.
• Strong editorial judgment to flag problematic claims on sight.
• Ability to deliver direct, specific feedback to sales and marketing teams.

Aufgaben

• Advertising & Creative Review: Run a pre-launch compliance review for every external marketing asset (paid social and search ads, VSLs, landing pages, webinar slides, email sequences, SMS flows, affiliate copy).
• Maintain a versioned asset library with compliance notes, approval status, and review history for each piece of marketing collateral.
• Maintain a pre-approved disclaimer and disclosure library, adapted for each placement format (video, email, social, landing page).
• Monitor ad accounts across platforms for compliance posture and coordinate responses to platform reviews, flags, and takedowns.
• Earnings & Claims Standards: Evaluate income/earnings claims against FTC Guidelines; audit testimonials with disclosures and sign-off.
• Sales Floor Compliance: Review/approve sales webinar scripts and 1:1 sales frameworks; conduct post-event audits and provide structured feedback.
• Channel & Data-Privacy Compliance: Audit SMS programs for TCPA; review emails for CAN-SPAM compliance with headers/unsubscribe links.
• Regulatory Awareness: Track evolving crypto/DeFi regulatory landscape and flag advice-like language.
