Job summary

OKX is seeking a strong compliance leader to build and scale the marketing compliance function across global markets. You will develop a control framework, policy governance, and review/approval processes for advertising, promotions, social media, influencers, and product launch communications.

You will partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to ensure campaigns meet laws and internal standards, oversee post-publication monitoring, and drive training to raise awareness of regulatory

Qualifications

• Lead in compliance, legal, or marketing compliance roles in fintech.
• Deep understanding of marketing regulations across jurisdictions (US/UK/EU/APAC).
• Experience in crypto, blockchain, or digital assets with CeFi/DeFi familiarity.
• Ability to design and implement compliance frameworks from scratch.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead a marketing compliance function and scale up the team.
• Design and implement a scalable global compliance framework.
• Develop and maintain marketing compliance policies and procedures.
• Define and operationalize a review and approval process for campaigns.
• Establish post-publication monitoring for campaigns and influencer activity.
• Leverage AI-enabled solutions to scale global marketing controls.
• Track, report, and remediate incidents from marketing activities.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting crypto marketing globally.
• Partner with Product, Legal, Risk, and Marketing to ensure compliance.
• Support business decisions considering regulatory risks.
• Create training and knowledge-sharing on compliance risks.
