You will develop briefs, manage budgets, monitor performance and collaborate with internal teams, creative agencies and external partners to optimise results. A data-led approach and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Develop campaign briefs and plans, ensuring activity meets objectives, deadlines and budget requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, creative and media agencies, and external partners to deliver effective campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and use insights to optimise results.
• Manage campaign budgets, track expenditure and flag potential risks.
• Develop engaging customer and supporter journeys to improve audience experience.
• Identify opportunities to test new approaches, innovate and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Present campaign results, insights and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management.
• Contribute to future campaign planning and the continuous improvement of marketing processes.
