Job summary

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a large, award-winning B2C organisation who are looking for a Campaign Marketing Executive to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering targeted marketing campaigns across a range of customer communication channels, with a particular focus on email and CRM activity.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on end-to-end campaign marketing experience.
• Experience managing email campaigns from brief to delivery.
• B2C marketing experience with strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to brief and collaborate with external agencies.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and multi-campaign management.
• Commercial, data-driven approach to campaign performance.
• Confident liaising with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate email marketing campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Work with internal teams to develop effective campaign plans and communications.
• Brief and liaise with external marketing agencies.
• Create and coordinate engaging content and copy.
• Support audience segmentation and targeted customer communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and apply learnings to future activity.
• Manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Ensure communications are accurate, on-brand and high quality.

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 DOE

1 day in office and rest WFH

Outskirts of Crawley

Monday - Friday (35 hour week)

12 month FTC

This is a great opportunity for a campaign-focused marketer with hands-on email campaign management experience who enjoys coordinating activity, working with agencies and delivering engaging customer communications.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for supporting and delivering targeted marketing campaigns across a range of customer communication channels, with a particular focus on email and CRM activity.

The role will involve:

• Managing and coordinating email marketing campaigns from brief through to delivery
• Working with internal teams to develop effective campaign plans and communications
• Briefing and liaising with external marketing agencies
• Creating and coordinating engaging marketing content and copy
• Supporting audience segmentation and targeted customer communications
• Monitoring campaign performance and using results to improve future activity
• Managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
• Ensuring communications are accurate, on-brand and delivered to a high standard

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience managing email marketing campaigns from start to finish
• Previous experience briefing and working with external agencies
• B2C marketing experience
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines
• A commercial and data-driven approach to campaign performance
• Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

Essential:

• Proven hands-on end to end campaign marketing experience, rather than a generalist Marketing Executive.

Salary: £33,000-£35,000 | Contract: 12-month FTC
