Africa Travel, a luxury operator crafting bespoke itineraries to East and Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean, seeks a Sales Supervisor in London (Hybrid/Remote). You will package itineraries and advise clients, handling enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp while delivering exceptional service.

You will use Amadeus and Penguin to manage bookings, create quotes, and process payments, liaising with the Cape Town office and marketing team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in packaging tailor-made itineraries and high levels of customer service.
• Strong product knowledge of East/Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean.
• CRS Amadeus knowledge is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Answer telephone and deal with customer enquiries by phone.
• Respond to e-mail & WhatsApp enquiries from clients.
• Advise clients and create tailormade itineraries using destination knowledge.
• Use Amadeus to book flights and amendments.
• Book all travel aspects including flights, hotels, car hire and more.
• Input all costs into Penguin back-office system.
• Ensure documentation is sent and payment collected.
• Coordinate with marketing on offers and newsletters.
• Keep website itineraries up-to-date.
• Create Saturday work rotas.
• Arrange product training where applicable.
• Oversee rates & contracts and update rates portal.
• Attend industry events when necessary.
• Liaise with Cape Town office staff.
