Job summary

Marine & Lawn Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy across our luxury portfolio. You will oversee pricing, forecasting and distribution, aimed at maximising profitability while working remotely within the UK and Ireland and travelling to properties as needed.

You’ll drive RevPAR and GOP performance, lead commercial and stakeholder meetings, analyse demand trends, and support budgets and business plans.

Qualifications

• Experience leading revenue strategy across multiple properties.
• Strong commercial judgement with excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with multi-property portfolio revenue management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shaping pricing, forecasting and distribution strategies.
• Driving RevPAR, RevPAR Index and GOP performance.
• Leading commercial, ownership and stakeholder meetings.
• Analysing booking pace, demand and market trends.
• Supporting hotel budgets and business plans.
• Working closely with our sales, marketing and golf teams.
• Helping to onboard new hotels and implement revenue systems.
