Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Logistics & Operations Administrator to support stock administration, replenishment planning, purchase orders and shipment coordination for its health and wellness products across the UK and international markets.

This primarily home-based role will involve working with internal teams, suppliers, and 3PLs to ensure stock moves efficiently and deliveries are timely. Two positions are available: permanent and 12-month fixed-term contract.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, stock control or supply chain administration.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics administration and documentation.
• Raise and monitor purchase and transfer orders for products.
• Coordinate stock movements with suppliers and 3PLs.
• Liaise with transport providers to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning.
• Plan and track shipments and resolve delays.
• Prepare shipping documents and logistics reports.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Customer Service and Finance to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and delivery performance.
