Sellick Partnership is seeking a locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a large local authority in the West Midlands. The role involves handling a varied civil litigation caseload within an in-house team that provides mentoring to help you succeed.

You will manage cases from inception to completion across breach of contract, tenancy, data protection breaches, and other civil matters in a fast-paced environment. Remote working is offered, with IT equipment supplied by the end client.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases from inception to completion.
• Experience in breach of contract and landlord/tenant matters.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced in-house environment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake a varied caseload of civil litigation matters.
• Work as part of a large in-house team with mentoring and support.
• Manage cases from inception through to resolution, with proactive client liaison.
• Remote working is offered; IT equipment provided by the client.
