You will manage a varied caseload across housing disrepair, anti‑social behaviour, debt recovery, access injunctions and judicial review within a small in‑house team, supporting a local authority client. Solicitor, Barrister or CILEx qualified lawyers with litigation rights are invited to apply.

We are currently supporting one of our well-regarded local authority clients in the recruitment of a Civil Litigation Locum.
This is a part‑time role working 3 days / 22 hours per week on a fully remote basis.

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Cilex-qualified lawyer with relevant litigation rights; with previous experience within the named areas, preferably gained within a local authority setting.
