Job summary

Sellick Partnership is recruiting a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a large local authority in the West Midlands. You will handle a varied civil litigation caseload and work within a large in-house team with mentoring support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive civil litigation experience and the ability to manage matters from inception to completion. Remote working is offered, and all IT equipment will be provided by the end client.

Qualifications

• The role requires a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in various areas of civil litigation.
• Caseloads may include: breach of contract, contentious landlord and tenant matters (including dealing with forfeiture claims), data protection breaches, property litigation, penalty charge notices and boundary disputes.
• Applicants must have experience handling cases from inception through to completion, and be confident in their chosen area of the Law.
