Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking a locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a large local authority in the West Midlands. The role involves handling a varied civil litigation caseload within an in-house team that provides mentoring to help you succeed.

You will manage cases from inception to completion across breach of contract, tenancy, data protection breaches, and other civil matters in a fast-paced environment. Remote working is offered, with IT equipment supplied by the end client.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with civil litigation experience.
• Experience handling cases from inception to completion.
• Experience in breach of contract and landlord/tenant matters.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced in-house environment.

Civil Litigation Solicitor - Locum

We are currently recruiting for a Locum Civil Litigation Solicitor to join a large local authority in the West Midlands.

As a Civil Litigation Solicitor you will undertake a varied caseload of civil litigation matters. You will work as part of a large in-house team, having the support and mentoring needed to succeed. This role will suit candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have considerable civil litigation experience.

The role requires a qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in various areas of civil litigation. Caseloads may include: breach of contract, contentious landlord and tenant matters (including dealing with forfeiture claims), data protection breaches, property litigation, penalty charge notices and boundary disputes. Applicants must have experience handling cases from inception through to completion, and be confident in their chosen area of the Law.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of Civil Litigation. Remote working is offered, and all I.T. equipment will be provided by the end client.
