Laminar Projects in the United Kingdom is seeking an L&D Specialist to own end-to-end learning projects. You’ll partner with stakeholders to define real needs, design engaging learning experiences, pilot solutions and iterate based on feedback.

You’ll maintain Thrive to keep content running, support users, and use data to understand what works. Expect a collaborative, fast-paced environment with opportunities to grow your skills and influence development across the business.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in L&D, training design, facilitation, coaching or consultancy.
• Ability to design learning experiences that transfer to work practice.
• Curiosity about AI to enhance learning while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver impactful learning solutions across the business.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify real needs and shape learning programs.
• Pilot ideas, collect feedback and refine solutions for greater impact.
• Maintain Thrive LMS content and user support; monitor learning data.
• Facilitate sessions and contribute to a range of L&D initiatives.
