Arthur Recruitment is seeking an experienced Liability Loss Adjuster for a predominantly home-based role in the North East, with travel for investigations and client meetings. You will manage a varied portfolio of liability claims from instruction to conclusion, ensuring fair handling and timely updates for clients.

Ideal candidates will show strong investigative and negotiation skills, the ability to work remotely, and a genuine commitment to regulatory and client procedures.

Formación

• Experience in Liability Loss Adjusting
• Casualty Adjusting experience
• Experience with Personal Injury, Public Liability, and Employers' Liability claims

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of liability and casualty claims across the North East.
• Conduct site visits and field investigations as required.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, brokers, solicitors, and stakeholders.
• Gather evidence and review relevant documentation.
• Assess coverage, liability, causation, and quantum.
• Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for clients.
• Maintain reserves and provide regular claim updates.
• Negotiate settlements within delegated authority.
• Deliver excellent customer service and progress claims to resolution.
• Ensure compliance with client procedures and regulatory requirements.
