Job summary

Co-op Legal Services is seeking Call Centre Representatives to join our team. In this role, you’ll make outbound calls to our partner’s customers to offer support on legal and financial matters, with empathy and a focus on excellent customer service.

We provide full training and clear progression opportunities, along with a comprehensive benefits package. The position is remote, full-time at 37.5 hours per week, with hours Monday–Friday 9:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Experience in a telephony or phone-based customer service role with track record of meeting targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid IT skills and ability to use multiple systems simultaneously.
• Emotional resilience and professionalism under pressure.
• Flexible to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers (10+ calls per hour).
• Work toward performance targets for bookings and calls.
• Document customer details accurately in the system.
• Explain services clearly and empathetically to clients.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks to support the team.
• Send follow-up information after calls when required.
