Job summary

HYF Recruitment has a new permanent role for a Creative Legal Document Specialist. The position is fully remote in the UK, four days a week (Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun), 6am–4pm, with a salary of £41,000–£44,000 per year and a generous bonus package.

You will create, edit and format legal documents using PowerPoint, Word and basic InDesign, supporting attorneys and the secretarial department across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Word Processing/Document Production.
• Advanced PowerPoint and MS Word document creation and editing.
• Basic InDesign skills beneficial and Excel proficiency expected.

Responsibilities

• Process and produce legal documents to firm specifications on tight deadlines.
• Create, revise and format documents, tables, and cross-references.
• Design and implement presentations and graphics for proposals.
• Provide document support and training across departments.
• Maintain SharePoint sites and manage document workflows.
