HYF Recruitment is seeking a Creative Legal Document Specialist for a large international law firm. This permanent role offers fully remote work in the UK, four days per week (Thu-Sun) from 6am to 4pm, with an annual salary of £41,000–£44,000 and a generous bonus and benefits package.

You will handle document production, advanced PowerPoint, Word, and basic InDesign, plus SharePoint. You will manage multiple projects, ensure deadlines, and collaborate with attorneys and the secretarial team.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in Word Processing/Document Production.
• Advanced PowerPoint and MS Word skills; basic InDesign.
• Excellent proofreading and formatting abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process document requests within tight timescales to required quality.
• Create and revise legal documents to firm specifications using the firm’s software.
• Produce financial statements, charts, presentations, and indexes with proper formatting.
• Design and implement presentations and graphics for proposals.
