Job summary

HYF Recruitment is seeking a Creative Legal Document Specialist for a large international law firm. This permanent role offers a four-day week (Thu–Sun) from 6am to 4pm, fully remote within the UK, with a salary of £41,000–£44,000 per year plus bonus and benefits.

You will create, edit and format legal documents using PowerPoint, MS Word and basic InDesign. You will work in an upbeat team delivering document production support, meeting deadlines and collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of Word Processing/Document Production experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint and MS Word skills.
• Basic InDesign skills would be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure document requests are processed within required timescales and to high quality standards.
• Create and revise legal documents using MS Office and firm software.
• Produce charts, letters, and other documents with correct references and indexing.
• Format, scan, and convert documents; prepare closing sets and fillable forms.
• Design and implement presentations and graphics for proposals.
• Provide training or support to secretarial staff on document tools.
• Maintain SharePoint sites/libraries and document workflows.
