Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Commercial Analyst to join the EMEA Commercial Team in Blackburn or Kendal, England. You will drive contract formation from pre-award through to execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will review and negotiate contracts, manage risks, analyze pricing, and support commercial negotiations to ensure successful project delivery. The role offers flexible/hybrid work options and opportunities for international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in contract management or commercial roles.
• Understanding of commercial terms and negotiation principles.
• Experience with ERP or contract management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review, mark up, negotiate, and finalize customer contracts, purchase orders, master supply agreements, and statements of work.
• Collaborate with Tax, Legal, Sales, Project Management and other stakeholders to optimize contract structures and ensure successful execution.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks, liabilities, and unfavorable terms while balancing commercial objectives.
• Review pricing analyses, scopes of work, billing procedures, and milestone payment schedules for compliance.
• Support contract administration activities including ERP updates and contract databases.
• Advise project teams on contractual obligations, variation claims, site instructions, and compliance throughout delivery.
• Draft and issue contractual notices, support dispute resolution activities, and contribute to negotiations and settlements.
• Drive contract standardization initiatives and KPI-based assessment tools.
