MediaKind is seeking an early-career Legal Advisor or Commercial Manager to join the Legal team. This is an excellent entry point for a recent law graduate eager to build commercial legal experience within a global technology company.

You will work on commercial contracts, legal operations and compliance, collaborating with Sales, Finance, Sourcing and Product to support a fast-moving international business and learn SaaS and cloud-based business models.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with some experience drafting and negotiating commercial arrangements.
Proficiency in using AI-assisted platforms to analyse information, draft content, and solve business problems.

Responsabilités

Support the Legal team with practical, business-oriented contract support for Sales and Sourcing.
Champion AI and technology adoption for greater efficiency in legal processes.
Review, structure and draft a range of commercial agreements including RFP responses, MSAs, and SOAs.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business priorities and navigate commercial risk.
Provide legal and business negotiation guidance on commercial transactions.
