Job summary

MediaKind, the world’s leading independent video technology company, seeks an early-career Legal Advisor or Commercial Manager to join its UK-based Legal team. The role focuses on commercial contracts, legal operations and compliance across a fast-moving SaaS and cloud business.

You will work with Sales, Finance, Sourcing and Product, building practical experience while developing knowledge of AI-enabled processes and modern contracting models in a global tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts is desirable.
• Interest in technology, SaaS, and cloud-based business models.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-oriented contract support for Sales and Sourcing.
• Champion AI and tech adoption to improve legal processes.
• Draft and review Master Services Agreements, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Advise internal stakeholders on commercial risk and negotiation points.
• Support Legal Administration Hub activities and templates.
