Job summary

PDSA is seeking a Legacy Stewardship Manager to lead the development of how we engage, recognise and inspire supporters who leave a gift in their Will. This role focuses on end-to-end stewardship and building meaningful relationships with enquirers and pledgers, across the UK.

Based in a predominantly home-based role with flexibility to work remotely, the post includes travel to events and PDSA locations. You will shape strategy, journeys and measures to demonstrate impact and income potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in legacy fundraising and supporter stewardship.
• Ability to develop end-to-end supporter journeys.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-led approach with measurement and insight.
• Experience managing budgets and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the legacy stewardship strategy.
• Shape supporter journeys from enquiry to pledge.
• Collaborate across Philanthropy and Supporter Services.
• Manage budgets and governance for programmes.
• Represent PDSA at events and supporter meetings.
