Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Lead Generation Representative for the Construction & Engineering Tech sector. This remote role focuses on qualifying inbound leads and scheduling meetings for the sales team, contributing to CRM-driven outreach and process improvements.

You will support the SDR team with email sequences and ensure accurate HubSpot records. Opportunities exist to progress into a full SDR role as experience grows, with remote work and a clear path to advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound leads from multiple channels, qualifying prospects and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
• Support the SDR team with outreach activities and set up email sequences using CRM tools.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the sales team.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement of lead generation processes and best practices.
