Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years' experience in lead generation, telesales, appointment setting or business development.
• Proven track record of generating leads and converting enquiries into appointments.
• Strong telephone communication and objection-handling skills.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Aufgaben

• Respond quickly to new customer enquiries via telephone, SMS and email.
• Contact inbound leads promptly and professionally.
• Qualify enquiries and gather relevant information.
• Convert enquiries into booked appointments.
• Follow up on uncontacted and unconverted enquiries.
• Re-engage dormant and previous unconverted leads.
• Make outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
