Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Project Manager - Labs for a fully remote role supporting our BioAnalytical Laboratory in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role requires 3–8 years of project management experience and involves coordinating client projects, budgeting, and logistics for clinical trials across the EU.

Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity, managing timelines, and communicating with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–8 years of project management/coordination experience or equivalent.
• Experience with imports/logistics, ideally in a lab/clinical trial setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical support for client-facing projects and manage project performance with emphasis on financials.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams; identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Support lab sample import logistics and clinical trial task coordination.
• Review database imports for accuracy and provide status updates.
• Participate in internal quality assurance and audits of data imports and content.
• Translate protocol requirements into database parameters for correct data entry.
