Job summary

You will help manage eTMF processes, feasibility inputs, and ensure timely, quality deliverables in a dynamic, global environment.

Based in the UK, the role involves standard Mon-Fri schedules and office-based work with occasional site visits.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting clinical trial activities and site activation.
• Ability to review regulatory and trial documentation.
• Strong communication within project teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trial activities per task matrix.
• Review study documents in eTMF and other systems.
• Ensure tasks are on time and within budget; report risks.
• Provide system support for Activate and eTMF.
• Support regulatory submissions and site start-up documentation.
• Train new staff and act as onboarding buddy.
• Collaborate with sites for feasibility and site activation.
