Job summary

Huzzle is hiring a client-facing Email Account Executive with strong Klaviyo experience to manage multiple eCommerce accounts.

You will lead strategy, oversee campaign execution, and drive measurable results through data-driven email marketing, retention, and lifecycle initiatives for SaaS, MarTech, and D2C brands.

Fully Remote: work from anywhere with international teams, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Klaviyo experience with campaigns, flows, and segmentation.
• Proven track record managing multiple eCommerce/DTC accounts.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset translating data into insights.
• Ability to lead client strategy calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts, owning strategy and performance.
• Lead weekly client calls and present insights.
• Build, manage, and optimize Klaviyo campaigns and flows.
• Create campaign briefs, oversee execution, and QA emails.
• Monitor performance daily and track KPIs (open rate, click rate, revenue per recipient).
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement data-driven improvements.
• Propose and execute A/B tests, segmentation strategies, and new lifecycle flows.
• Collaborate with designers and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
