Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies), update project plans and prepare reports.
• Utilize and maintain project management tools.
• Support with tracking and reporting.
• Be a central point of contact for project workstreams, ensuring adherence to standard processes and procedures.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and audit-ready.
• Support with workflows, approval processes, and validation.
• Support with monitoring and reporting activities.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
