Job summary

JC Virtual PMs is a UK-based virtual consultancy helping clients with planning, design management and project controls. We are remote-first and growing, offering a development role with structured training in Primavera P6 and our reporting tools.

You will support our planners on live projects, learn how programmes are built and used to manage projects, and progress toward a Planner role. Flexible, employed, full-time or part-time depending on the arrangement.

Qualifications

• Some experience in planning, project support or construction (around 1 year) or a relevant degree with placement experience
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely with a distributed team
• Right to work in the country where you will be based

Responsibilities

• Help build and update programmes in Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or MS Project
• Collect and record progress from project teams
• Prepare look-ahead programmes, milestone trackers and progress charts
• Keep programme files, revisions and records organised
• Support earned value and progress reporting
