Job summary

Project Slingshot is a global nonprofit ending factory farming, seeking a Junior Motion Designer. You’ll create motion graphics and social-first edits across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and beyond, helping senior creatives focus on larger campaigns and films.

You’ll collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer and editors, gaining exposure to diverse disciplines, growing quickly, and bringing fresh, culture-forward ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Showreel or portfolio of motion and social-first video work.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong eye for graphic design, typography, composition and pacing.
• Understand how motion graphics, sound design, music and voiceover elevate content.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and social-first edits for campaigns.
• Animate typography, graphics and brand assets for social content.
• Build reusable templates for recurring content.
• Support larger campaign films with additional motion design where needed.
• Develop polished, on-brand animations and keep files tidy.
• Edit engaging social content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and more.
• Adapt content into multiple formats and aspect ratios.
• Produce fast-turnaround content without compromising craft.
