Job summary

CareTech is seeking a Junior Commercial Data Analyst to join our growing Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving how we use data, supporting smarter business decisions and helping drive commercial performance across a national organisation.

You will work with Excel, Power BI and VBA to turn messy spreadsheets into meaningful insights, collaborating with Procurement, Fleet and Finance and communicating findings clearly.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a data analyst or similar role.
• Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables and formulas.
• Practical Power BI experience, including building or maintaining reports, working knowledge of DAX and data modelling.
• A keen eye for detail and the patience to tackle complex or messy datasets.

Responsibilities

• Turn data from multiple business areas into clear, accurate and useful information.
• Work alongside the Commercial Data Manager and colleagues across Procurement, Fleet and Finance.
• Turn data into actionable insights to support smarter business decisions and drive commercial performance.
