Job summary

BCT Resourcing is seeking experienced Project Managers for a range of permanent and contract roles across the UK. You will lead initiatives spanning IT transformation, ERP implementations, digital transformation and operational improvements.

Opportunities require managing complex projects from initiation to closure, coordinating with senior stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams to meet timelines, budgets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects within business or technology environments.
• Strong project planning, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and dependencies.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience developing project documentation, governance reports and delivery plans.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against challenging deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations and delivery milestones.
• Manage project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAID).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, external suppliers and business stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting and escalation processes.
• Monitor project performance against agreed objectives, budgets and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees and stakeholder updates.
• Manage project scope, change requests and change control procedures.
• Ensure effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams and senior leadership.
• Oversee project deliverables, quality assurance and acceptance criteria.
• Support business readiness, implementation, transition and operational handover activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and more effective project delivery.
