Job summary

NVQ Assessor is seeking a Management Assessor to work both remotely and in North East locations, delivering Level 5 Operations / Departmental Manager Apprenticeships to learners. You will conduct online assessments via MS Teams and face-to-face reviews as required.

You will manage your diary for timely reviews, maintain learners' progress records, and provide guidance and motivation, overcoming barriers to learning while meeting KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Hold a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA).
• Experience delivering full Apprenticeships in Leadership & Management at Level 5 (New Standards).
• Strong occupational competency at Senior Management level.

Responsibilities

• Deliver online learning via MS Teams to gather evidence and support learners.
• Manage your diary to ensure timely reviews.
• Organise and maintain learner progress documentation; advise and motivate learners.
