Job summary

Osborne Clarke is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Bristol-based IT Services team. You will support global physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure, including networks, email, telephony and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS platforms, with a focus on reliability and security.

You will work in a hybrid role with some home working, contribute to migrations, and participate in incident/change management following ITIL practices while collaborating across IT services and suppliers.

Qualifications

Experience with major cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and SaaS services.
Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Terraform, Ansible).
Knowledge of cloud networking, WAN/LAN/VPN and ExpressRoute/DirectConnect.
Proficiency in Windows Server and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).

Responsibilities

Provide 3rd line support for global infrastructure including cloud, on‑premise and SaaS services.
Assist with migrations, deployments and on-call escalations as part of IT Operations.
Maintain security and integrity of network, servers and data across platforms.
Collaborate with suppliers and IT teams to deliver projects and changes.
Contribute to testing, documentation and knowledge sharing.
Stay informed on new technologies and advise colleagues accordingly.
