Osborne Clarke is recruiting an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Bristol-based IT Services team. You will support global physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure, including networks, email, telephony and SaaS/PaaS/IaaS platforms, with a focus on reliability and security.
You will work in a hybrid role with some home working, contribute to migrations, and participate in incident/change management following ITIL practices while collaborating across IT services and suppliers.
Our IT Services team have an exciting opportunity for someone to join us as an IT Infrastructure Engineer (known internally as Platforms & Networks Operations Engineer). The successful candidate will provide 3rd line level support of Osborne Clarke's global Data and Voice Network Infrastructure, Platforms, Servers and Systems, whilst playing key roles in migrations and deployments enabling OC to sustain a well-established cloud-smart approach.
This is a permanent position based out of our Bristol office, combined with some home working.

You will provide a comprehensive level of support to the global business for Osborne Clarke's physical, virtual and cloud infrastructure, connectivity including wired and wireless networks, and key services such as e-mail, telephony and SaaS, PaaS & IaaS platforms.
We are looking for self-motivated individual who will enjoy working in a demanding Operations team, and has a keen interest in infrastructure and technology, with a drive to discover and learn more, working in a demanding Operations team with a high level of personal responsibility. We'll expect you to have good knowledge of cloud and virtualisation technologies, networking principles and Windows server architecture and services. Alongside this, a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and the Azure platform will also be needed. Further technical requirements can be found below:
