Adecco is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Process & Operations Analyst for a 6-month contract, Hybrid/Remote in the UK. The role focuses on IT asset workflows, data integrity, and process optimization, with emphasis on automation and AI-driven improvements.

Responsibilities span process mapping, operations ticketing, and data analytics, delivering weekly reports and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Logistics & Supply Chain background including IT asset management (ITAM).
• Ability to map workflows visually and write SOPs/guidelines from scratch.
• Ability to clean, combine and analyse data to track workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Map operational workflows and draft SOPs and work instructions.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply AI/automation to streamline tasks.
• Gather specs from SMEs and manage documentation reviews.
• Oversee employee IT asset returns and optimize processes.
• Standardize EOL reconciliation and disposal/compliance.
• Manage regional IT supply chain tickets and ad-hoc requests.
• Analyze IT asset data across sources and identify metrics.
• Support audits in warehouse operations and compliance.
• Prepare weekly reports and dashboards for leadership.
